Two activity books, collections of the Where's Waldo television show's "Waldo Minutes" plus additional puzzles, were released by Candlewick Press in 1992.

- In the countries where Waldo is known as "Wally", the television show based activity books were renamed "The Absolutely Amazing Activity Book" and "The Truly Terrific Activity Book" and were released as part of a 6-part Activity Book series along with the comic strip activity books. The renaming of the books fit them with the alliterating titling schemes of the other activity books and the publishers also numbered these two books to be volumes in their broader activity book series.
